Because of the various problems that each patient presents, the degree of treatment difficulty may vary as well. Therefore the fees quoted are based upon the treatment requirements for that particular patient. Our fee for a Phase I, Phase II, or full Comprehensive treatment is an all-inclusive fee. This means that it covers any required records (models, photographs, x-rays) & treatment planning, initial appliance placement, all monthly appointments, emergency appointments, and the first required retainer(s) and a 24 month period of retainer check/adjustment appointments. Additional charges will be incurred for lost or broken appliances after the initial retainers.

Following the 24-month retention period the patient may desire that they be seen on a semi-annual basis for which there would be an office visit/retainer adjustment fee.
